This website is operated by PASSION PLAYHOUSE XXX LTD, trading as Passion Playhouse X. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PASSION PLAYHOUSE XXX LTD.

These Terms govern your use of passionplayhousex.com and purchases made through our store. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy also form part of these Terms.

1. Adult customers only

Our store and products are intended only for adults aged 18 or over.

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to purchase the products ordered.

You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing, possessing and using a product is lawful in your location.

2. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, images and prices accurately.

Product information, including materials, dimensions, functions and care instructions, may be based on information supplied by the relevant manufacturer or supplier. Please review the individual product page, product packaging and supplied instructions before use.

Images help illustrate the product. Colours and packaging may vary slightly because of screen settings, manufacturing changes or supplier updates. Any variation will not affect your statutory right to receive goods that match their description.

We may correct errors or update product information when necessary. Changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted unless you agree to the change.

3. Orders and contract formation

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

• A product is unavailable.

• Payment cannot be authorised.

• The delivery address cannot be served.

• Incorrect pricing or product information was displayed.

• Fraud or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected.

• Accepting the order would breach applicable law or payment-provider requirements.

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the relevant amount will be refunded using the original payment method.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. The total amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be displayed before you complete checkout.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and are provided by third-party payment providers. Payment is subject to the relevant provider’s authorisation and security checks.

The billing descriptor shown on your bank or card statement may vary depending on the payment method or provider used. If you do not recognise a transaction, please contact us at info@passionplayhousex.com with your order details.

Discounts and promotional codes are subject to their stated conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.

5. Delivery and fulfilment

Delivery estimates are provided on the website, at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Some products may be dispatched directly by third-party suppliers or fulfilment partners. Products ordered together may therefore arrive in separate parcels.

We remain responsible for fulfilling our contract with you even when a third party assists with fulfilment or delivery.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch has begun.

We will deliver goods without undue delay and within any timeframe agreed with you. Where no different timeframe has been agreed, UK consumer law normally requires delivery within 30 days.

Delivery delays outside our reasonable control may occur. We will provide available information and take reasonable steps to resolve the delay. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you identified to receive them.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

UK consumers generally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return eligible products.

To request a cancellation or return, email info@passionplayhousex.com. We will provide the relevant return instructions and address. Contacting us first helps avoid delays; it is not an additional approval requirement for exercising your statutory rights.

For health-protection and hygiene reasons, the right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return once their hygiene seal has been broken after delivery. This may include intimate products, underwear, lubricants and similar personal-use products where the statutory exception applies.

For goods not excluded under that exception, you may inspect them as you reasonably would in a physical shop. Please return them complete and securely packaged, with original packaging where reasonably possible.

Opening ordinary delivery packaging does not by itself remove your cancellation rights. Where the law permits, we may make a reasonable deduction for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and function. We will explain any deduction.

Hygiene restrictions do not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for direct return postage costs where this was properly disclosed before purchase and the law permits it. We cover reasonable necessary return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods where a return is required.

Please use the return address we provide. Do not return products to the address on the parcel unless we have confirmed it is correct.

For statutory change-of-mind cancellations, refunds will be made without undue delay. Where goods must be returned and we have not offered to collect them, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. The refund will be made no later than 14 days after that point.

If no goods need to be returned, or we have offered to collect them, the applicable statutory deadline runs from notice of cancellation.

When an entire eligible order is cancelled, we will refund any amount paid for our least-expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for a premium service are not refundable unless the law requires otherwise.

We do not charge a restocking or cancellation fee. Where delivery was free, we will not deduct our original delivery costs from a statutory cancellation refund.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. We will not require you to accept store credit instead of a refund to which you are legally entitled.

7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms.

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any purpose made known to us and match their description.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact info@passionplayhousex.com with your order number, a description of the problem and appropriate supporting photographs where reasonably possible.

Where safe, retain the product and packaging while we investigate. Contact us for instructions before returning anything.

Where legally required, we will provide an appropriate remedy such as repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

8. Product safety and responsible use

Our product information is not medical advice, and we do not make medical claims unless expressly supported and stated.

Always read the product description, ingredients where applicable, packaging, warnings and supplied instructions before use.

Use products only for their intended purpose and stop using them if they cause pain, irritation or unexpected discomfort.

Check material, ingredient, condom and lubricant compatibility before use where relevant. Seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional if you have a health condition, allergy, injury or concern about whether a product is suitable for you.

Keep products away from children and store, charge, clean and maintain them according to their instructions.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits your statutory rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Customer information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate order, contact, billing and delivery information.

We use personal information to operate the store, process orders, arrange fulfilment, prevent fraud and provide customer support in accordance with our Privacy Policy:

Payment details are handled by the payment providers available through checkout and are subject to their security and privacy practices.

10. Website availability

We aim to keep the website accessible and accurate, but we do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. Where reasonably possible, we will minimise disruption.

11. Intellectual property

The Passion Playhouse X name, branding, website design and original content are owned by or licensed to PASSION PLAYHOUSE XXX LTD.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from protected website content without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Product names, images and trademarks belonging to manufacturers, suppliers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Prohibited use

You must not use the website:

• For unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

• To infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

• To transmit malware or interfere with the website’s security.

• To collect other users’ information without lawful authority.

• To place orders using unauthorised payment information.

We may restrict access or cancel affected orders where misuse is reasonably suspected.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits:

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse of a product or use contrary to its supplied instructions, except where the law provides otherwise.

14. International orders and customs

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, you may be considered the importer of record and may need to comply with the destination country’s laws and import requirements.

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

International restrictions may prevent us from delivering certain products to particular destinations. We may cancel and refund an order where lawful delivery is not possible.

Any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live remain unaffected.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, payment arrangements, legal requirements or business operations.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will apply to future website use and future orders. The terms in force when an order was accepted will continue to govern that order unless a change is legally required or you agree otherwise.

16. Severability and waiver

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that the right has been waived.

17. Governing law

These Terms and any contract between you and us are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings in other courts that apply where you live remain unaffected.
